The Dalhousie Hearing Test Clinic provides hearing assessment services for children and adults. A doctor鈥檚 referral is not required.
Please note: This clinic does not offer Hearing Aid services.
The Hearing Test Clinic operates on Tuesdays only, from September to April.聽As it is a free clinic, there are聽limited spots available聽and they book up quickly.
The clinic is supervised by a certified clinical audiologist who is on-site at all times. Audiology students from the Masters of Science (MSc) program at the聽School of Communication Sciences and Disorders participate in providing the clinical services. Patients receive in-depth diagnostic assessments of which the audiologist and audiology students will review the results and make recommendations based on the diagnostic findings and the needs/wishes of the patient.
