4-H Canada and Bayer CropScience are teaming up to organize an international 4-H Youth Ag-Summit to inspire young adults to share ideas and develop a plan of action on how to feed a hungry planet today and in the future. The summit will take place in Calgary, August 19th – 25th, 2013.
Currently, we are looking for youth between the ages of 18 to 25 who are personally, professionally and academically interested in agriculture, international development, environmental stewardship, food, world hunger, biotechnology and/or farming. They must be leaders, have a social conscience and care about the welfare of others locally and around the globe. They should be keen to come to the table, eager to think big picture and fully embrace anything they take on - jumping in with both feet.
If interested please visit http://www.youthagsummit.com/ for up-to-the minute details on the Summit on how to apply online – expenses paid.
