Dr. Tam Pham (PhD '24) was chosen from among 250 applicants to represent Canadian youth at the 2025 Y7 Summit, held in Ottawa in May. The Y7 Summit聽brings together young leaders from G7 countries and the European Union to develop policy recommendations for G7 leaders.
Recognizing the significant impact of international policies on youth鈥攔anging from tariffs to climate change and the green transition鈥擠r. Tam Pham helped amplify the voices of young scientists, evidence-based decision makers, and importantly, communities that are disproportionately affected by global challenges.聽
